You know how you often have some of your best ideas in the shower? Or at least I do…! Anyway, in this episode I am going to share with you a simple thing I do each day in the shower that has really impacted my morning routine. I also want to talk with you about another reason we all struggle with changing habits. We seem to think that changing our behaviour is the goals whereas I suggest today that it’s actually the thinking behind the actions that really matter most.
