In today’s episode I want to share with you a powerful insight from a course I have been doing on mindfulness and self-compassion. We all carry within a ‘inner critic’ – it’s the voice that tells us that we are never going to be any good, reach our goals or amount to very much. At the same time we also have another voice that is often harder to hear but incredibly important. Strangely enough, both of these voices often want the same things for us but it’s important to understand which voice will move you forward and which may keep you stuck.
