It’s easy to feel that we should all be able to step up to our fears and overcome them. Much personal development literature seems to suggest that if we follow a simple series of steps then personal freedom is just around the corner. However, what if there are some fears we don’t need to beat? What if it’s actually ok to not want or need to master every possible fear? In this episode I share another personal story and suggest some simple criteria that can help you decide if you want to beat a fear or not.
